The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Salary is only one part of our total reward package. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to be based from our London office. As the Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for a range of pricing and risk modelling activities within the Standard Motor Risk Selection team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in reviewing the expected impact and implementation of risk model updates – continually looking to improve data and processes
- Working with different teams and stakeholders to understand their needs, data requirements and expected modelling outcomes
- Getting hands-on with data from its source right through to modelling rating changes and then implementation of changes in rating
- Analysing data, interpreting output and communicating results to a non-technical audience
- Regularly review pricing and underwriting monitors, ensuring key points are escalated
- Proactively monitor underwriting footprint and recommend adjustments to footprint
- With your manager, define, set priority and report on status of project work and rate reviews/analysis to support product and pricing development
- Assisting with BAU including reporting
Qualifications
- Advanced personal lines pricing experience
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modelling tools (e.g. SQL, Python, WTW Radar, Databricks)
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Information
