As a Customer Assistance Coordinator – Roadside Assistance, you will be the first point of contact for customers in need of roadside assistance. You’ll play a critical role in providing timely, empathetic, and effective support to ensure our customers are back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.

Your Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls for roadside assistance with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Assess the situation, identify customer needs, and coordinate appropriate RSA solutions, such as towing, repair services, or alternative transportation.
  • Liaise with service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of roadside assistance services.
  • Handle regulated complaints and resolve issues in line with internal guidelines, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, share feedback, and stay updated on technical developments.
Our Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (min. C1 level) and English is nice to have.
  • Shift-based schedule: Monday-Sunday, 6 AM-11 PM (no night shifts).
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach to providing assistance.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT.
