We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Special Services team within Allianz Engineering Inspection Services (AEIS) on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a key role at the top of our sales funnel, focused on identifying, engaging and qualifying potential customers who may require specialist engineering inspection and compliance services.

As an SDR, you’ll play a vital part in opening new conversations, generating leads and creating high‑quality opportunities for our Technical Specialists and Sales team. This role is ideally suited to someone early in their sales career who is motivated, organised and confident speaking with customers by phone. You’ll be part of a supportive team with clear development and progression opportunities across AEIS and the wider Allianz business.

Reporting to the Special Services Manager you will work closely with the Customers Acquisitions Manager, Commercial Contracts Manager, the Contracts Administration team, and Specialist Engineers. This role can be based in either our Manchester or Guildford Offices. It is a hybrid working role with an expectation of attending the office a minimum of two days per week.

Salary Information

Pay: Circa £30,000.00 per year (based on experience, skills and location). Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
