Based in London and reporting to the Global Head of Network Management and Multinational Governance, you will focus on reporting and data quality responsibilities for our global servicing team at Allianz Commercial. The role combines hands‑on reporting, structured follow‑ups, and data validation, with increasing responsibility over time for challenging data quality issues and improving reporting efficiency.
Your role will include:
- Prepare, validate and update Servicing Office dashboards and quarterly performance reports
- Produce and distribute monthly proactive Servicing Office reports to internal stakeholders and network partners
- Actively follow up on missing, inconsistent or unclear data inputs, keeping Network Practice Leads informed
- Perform structured data quality checks (completeness, accuracy, consistency across sources)
- Log, track and report data quality issues and recurring gaps
- Support and execute updates to our Global Program System based on validated feedback
- Maintain and improve standard reporting templates, trackers and documentation
- Drive process improvements aimed at increasing reporting efficiency, consistency, and automation with effective usage of AI and latest technologies
- Produce performance analytics for leadership: cycle times, overrider checks, deviations and SLA breaches
- Collaborate with analytics teams to automate reporting templates and data ingestion
What You’ll Bring to the Role
With a first solid experience in analytics in the financial services sector, ideally in Corporate and Specialty Multinational Insurance programs, and quickly operational in London, you bring:
- Strong technical IT skills (advanced Excel, Power BI or similar preferred)
- The ability to utilize AI tools to support day‑to‑day tasks, improve efficiency, and contribute to data‑driven decision‑making
- Analytical rigor and ease with data
- Demonstrated interest in global insurance operations, governance and performance transparency
- Proven ability to manage reports independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with a structured, disciplined working style
- Clear written communication and confidence to raise data quality concerns
- A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization is expected.
- Good relational skills and a positive team spirit
