We have a fantastic opportunity to join Allianz Personal, working within our Partnerships Team. As a Trading Performance Analyst for Home and Motor Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in consistently improving the trading performance of the Allianz products on Price Comparison Websites (PCW) and our Direct channels.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to understand the market in which we operate, and to find customer focussed and data driven solutions to performance opportunities through business insight, allowing us to make astute commercial trading decisions to drive the business forward.
Location: London, Leeds or Bournemouth. Please note this is a hybrid role with the expectation to be on site between 2 and 16 days a month.
Salary Information: Pay: Circa £45,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You: As the Trading Performance Analyst for Home and Motor Insurance, you will contribute to Allianz’s ambition to become the number one insurer in the market. This role involves finding the optimal balance through our pricing and product propositions, understanding the market, and strategically growing the market share profitably in the years to come.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of insurance market.
- Strategy Execution: Identify and assess growth opportunities and work with internal business stakeholders to build effective business cases for quick implementation. Assist in the delivery of the Partnerships strategy, develop and refine existing trading strategies based on current market analysis.
- Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate trading performance trends and opportunities.
Essential Skills:
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market, ideally in Home/Motor market.
- Ability to source and analyse a range of information, translating complex data across a range of sources into meaningful insight and action.
- Ability to understand E2E customer sales and service lifecycle and prioritise actions accordingly.
- Confidence to constructively challenge the status quo, leading change, simplifying, and adapting at pace.
- Experience in delivering change to products and propositions, including excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to engage, influence, and motivate virtual teams, inspiring high performance.
- Proficiency in analysing data in Excel and presenting findings in PowerPoint. Ability to use a range of MI tools.
- Keen interest in insurance trading, pricing and underwriting strategies, with a laser focus on driving customer change initiatives.
