Role Description As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and service excellence across Allianz Engineering Inspection, leading regional teams and managing key client relationships to deliver a first-class inspection service.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, secure major new business, and shape long-term customer partnerships in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

This role is a hybrid based role from either our London or Manchester office although other Allianz locations will be considered, with the expectation to travel across UK&I working with clients.

Salary Information

This is based on experience, skills and location and is part of our total rewards package.

About You You lead and motivate regional teams to deliver high-quality engineering inspection services.

You drive the acquisition and retention of profitable inspection business aligned to business plans and regional action plans.

You build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across key clients, suppliers, and intermediaries.

You support and collaborate with the Head of Distribution & Trading and regional teams to secure large-scale, profitable new business.

You analyse client service delivery, identify improvement opportunities, and implement recommendations across inspection products and services.
