Role Description
We're looking for a passionate and influential leader to help shape the future of data, AI and technology adoption across Claims.
In this newly created role, you'll define and deliver the strategy that builds confidence, capability and engagement with data, helping colleagues embrace new ways of working and unlocking lasting business value.
This is a unique opportunity to establish and evolve a high-profile role, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across Claims to create a culture where data-driven thinking, innovation and continuous improvement become part of everyday practice.
Location
This role is based in one of our offices in London, Guilford or Milton Keynes.
Please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation to attend the office 2-3 days per week.
Salary Information
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
- Define, deliver and embed the Claims data culture strategy.
- Drive behavioural change initiatives that encourage data-driven decision making.
- Create an environment where data, AI and technology are trusted, understood and confidently used.
- Partner with business leaders, Learning & Development, Data Stewards and Operational Data Improvement Managers to embed lasting adoption of data initiatives.
- Identify barriers to adoption and implement solutions that improve engagement and capability.
- Shape the Claims approach to data literacy and technology confidence.
- Influence learning priorities by identifying capability gaps and future skills requirements.
- Create opportunities for colleagues to solve business challenges using data, technology and process improvement.
- Promote innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement across the Claims function.
- Develop engaging communications and storytelling that bring complex data and AI concepts to life.
- Build visibility, momentum and sponsorship for change across all levels of the organisation.
- Establish and lead a network of Data Champions to support local engagement and adoption.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration and best practice across the Claims community.
- Support the adoption of data governance, data quality and accountability practices.
- Act as the bridge between data capability teams and operational colleagues to ensure technology investments deliver meaningful outcomes.
