Role Description
As an Investment Associate in the Investment Department you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company\’s financial assets and liabilities. You will support investment operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and forecasting. You will also work closely with our local Risk Department and with Allianz Investment Management at Group centre, preparing various investment reports for management information, onboarding new investment guidelines, and monitoring asset manager performance.

About You
- Produce effective investment reporting as required by the Group and other internal committees.
- Monitor asset manager performance, and assist in onboarding new asset managers.
- Efficiently manage the day to day investment operational requirements.
- Liaise with data and accounting teams regarding investment performance data.
- Assist CIO on investment planning and P&L forecasting.
- Support in asset-liability management and portfolio optimisation.
- Support the identification and mitigation of financial risks.
- Assist in the implementation of risk management strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investment initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding investment matters.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in investment, finance, treasury or banking roles.
- Solid ability to use Excel, including expertise in creating and managing complex formulas for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities within treasury operations.
- Good knowledge of economics, core asset classes and financial market developments.
