In line with our Global strategy and purpose, we have an exciting opportunity for a Product and Process Trainer to join the UK Business Commercial Transformation Programme. The purpose of this role is to deliver impactful and contextual training on products, processes and platforms, both internally to Allianz employees and externally to brokers. You will be working with the Training Lead and the wider Business Implementation team to create training plans and materials, conduct training sessions and provide support with other elements of the training framework. As part of the role you'll liaise across multiple business areas and with a wide variety of stakeholders, building both your business knowledge, expanding upon your network and enhancing stakeholder management skills. This will be a hybrid role based in either our Guildford or London office, with occasional travel to other offices and client locations.

Salary Information

Pay: Circa £36,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You

  • Regularly engage with key stakeholders to ensure training requirements are carefully planned and delivered.
  • Incorporate best practices and innovative approaches into training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Deliver interactive training through various methods, including classroom-based training, virtual training and tutorials.
  • Champion new learning tools, seeking opportunities for enhancements and identifying gaps where new solutions or development is required.
  • Plan and conduct engaging training sessions for employees and brokers on new products and processes arising from the BMP - Commercial Transformation Programme to ensure high levels of adoption and engagement.
  • Customise training materials to meet the needs of different audiences and learning styles. Ensure all training is inclusive and accessible so all participants can fully engage and benefit, regardless of their abilities, backgrounds, or learning styles.
  • Utilise various training techniques and tools to facilitate learning and retention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs against agreed objectives and KPIs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of and ability to set clear targets, focusing on priorities, regularly reviewing actual performance to agreed objectives/KPIs and adjusting where required.
  • Experience of delivering training agendas, identifying and adapting internal and external good practice, where appropriate.
  • Project and change management skills, tools and techniques, focusing on people implications.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and experienced to a base level of Excel.

Desirable Skills

  • Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage.
  • Knowledge of/ familiarity with UK Insurance processes, structures, and underwriting processes is highly desirable.
  • Certification in training or insurance-related fields highly desirable.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training methods.
  • Experience of learning and development. (Proven experience as a trainer or educator in the insurance industry is desirable).
