We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our brand digital team to help drive the technical performance and usability of our websites. This role blends advanced content editing with deep technical and UX expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud tools. The role will take the lead in configuring, managing, and optimising Adobe Data Collection and Adobe Analytics across our digital estate. This includes implementing and maintaining tags, ensuring accurate and reliable data capture, and developing meaningful dashboards and reporting to support data‑driven decision‑making. Their expertise will ensure that performance data effectively informs strategic priorities and continuous improvement.
In addition to leading analytics, the role will also support the UX design across our websites. This includes creating wireframes and prototypes that guide intuitive, user‑centred experiences. The individual will embed UX best practices and maintain consistency across all websites, champion design standards and ensure digital interactions are optimised for clarity, accessibility, and performance. The role will collaborate closely with the wider business teams utilising Adobe Experience Platform to activate and drive personalisation activities across our digital touchpoints, providing insight into performance. The individual will support the development of our My Allianz website, providing UX and analytics expertise to enhance and drive the growth and adoption of the site for our customer and broker base.
Location: We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with core hub days on Tuesdays and Fridays at our Guildford office. Additionally, you’ll join us one day per month in our London office for wider team collaboration.
Salary: Circa £35,000 - £40,000, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to implement and ensure the correct tracking, tagging and data layer requirements are in place using Adobe Data Collection (Launch).
- Use Adobe Analytics to monitor content performance, identify opportunities, and support data‑driven content decisions and regular reporting to the business on website performance.
- Ensure content follows best practices for UX, mobile responsiveness, and digital accessibility (WCAG).
- Use Adobe Experience platform and Adobe Target to drive personalisation and optimisation activities across our digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure website content remains accurate, up to date and continuously optimised for visitor experience and their business needs.
- Edit, publish, and maintain digital content across AEM, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and regulatory standards.
- Perform ongoing technical SEO audits and optimisation activities, including schema markup, metadata, internal linking, accessibility, error management and site speed improvements.
- Maintain quality assurance processes for content deployment, including testing across devices/browsers and validating analytics tracking.
- Contribute to content governance documentation, including component usage guidelines, publishing workflows, and SEO/UX standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a content editor, digital producer, technical content specialist, or similar role.
- Hands‐on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – including component‑based authoring, page building, and asset management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics – creating reports, interpreting data, and analysing user behaviour and content performance.
- Experience implementing or troubleshooting tagging within Adobe Data Collection (Launch).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush), and best practices.
- Solid grasp of website UX, IA (information architecture), and accessibility standards.
- Ability to understand HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (read‑only for troubleshooting preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong editorial judgment and technical problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of the Agile development methodology.
