On our rotational graduate scheme, you’ll spend at least two and a half years learning, growing, and developing invaluable leadership skills. In your first 12 months, you’ll learn about the world of insurance. From here on, you’ll be able to tailor the scheme to your individual interests and strengths by rotating across three business areas of your choice, spending six months working in each of them.

We’ll work with you to build your career within Allianz, and you’ll have the chance to work with talented people across the business, whether in Allianz Commercial or in our Personal Lines business. These mentors will educate and inspire you, as you undertake projects to challenge yourself. You may already have an understanding of what insurance is, but we want to assure you that there’s a whole range of roles outside of claims and underwriting, from working with pets to bringing electric vehicles to market.

As a rotational graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain a professional qualification. Most, if not all, of our qualifications are based on the apprenticeship model. Within the first few months of your joining Allianz, we’ll have a discussion with you about what qualification options will best suit your chosen path.

As a UK-wide insurer, we are looking for our graduate talent pool to mirror this and span all across the UK in our regional offices. Your placement could be in either Allianz Commercial, Retail, Specialty, or Engineering. We have offices across the UK, meaning you could be in Glasgow for one placement, then move to one of our Head Offices in Bournemouth or Guildford for your next placement.

Before applying please take a look at all the information on our graduate pages – Allianz Careers especially the hints and tips section. Applications will close on the 31st of January 2026 for this role we will progress candidates to the next stage after the deadlines with expected assessment centres to take place between February and April 2026.
