Role Description
In this role you will support the end-to-end Incident Coordination process for AzUK. This includes incident notification, assessment, prioritisation, escalation, response team activation, meeting coordination, recording, reporting, trend and root cause analysis.

In this role you will support the end-to-end Incident Coordination process for AzUK. This includes incident notification, assessment, prioritisation, escalation, response team activation, meeting coordination, recording, reporting, trend and root cause analysis.

Salary Information
Pay: Circa ÂŁ38,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across AZUK and other AZ entities.
- Receiving notifications of incidents through monitoring multiple channels.
- Gathering information to support the assessment of incidents; assessing and prioritizing incidents.
- Escalating as appropriate to tactical and strategic levels and activating response teams.
- Maintaining and operating emergency notification systems.
- Coordinating and facilitating response team meetings, both physically and virtually.
- Scribing for coordination calls, ensuring key decisions are recorded and actions tracked through to completion; providing continuous communication throughout the incident.
- Extracting data from systems and conducting trend and root cause analysis.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of AzUK business areas, including important business services.
- Knowledge of IT, IS, Fraud, Compliance and Risk, as they relate to business areas.
- Facilitate the process for incident management meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Accurately scribe incident calls, recording decision-making; communicating effectively.
- Enter data to, and extract management information from, Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Interpret technical information and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.

- Recent experience in a corporate risk or resilience role.
- Experience of working in a busy operations support role, with the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
