We have a new opportunity within Protection and Resilience as a Senior Resilience Associate. Reporting to the Head of Business Continuity you will be responsible for refining and implementing a Resilience framework and related policies, with day to day oversight of the execution of the Resilience framework across Allianz UK.

Salary Information

Pay: Circa £57,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You

  • Support and maintain the Business Continuity Management lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of BCM activities across the organisation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Operational Resilience framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and integration with wider business continuity and risk management activities.
  • Design, plan and facilitate scenario‑based resilience exercises, ensuring scenarios are severe‑but‑plausible and effectively test the organisation’s response capabilities and recovery strategies.
  • Maintain organisation’s site specific Emergency Response Plans, ensuring they remain current and actionable. Facilitate Emergency Response Team calls when required.
  • Lead and coordinate annual BCM maturity self‑assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting awareness of resilience obligations, embedding good practice, and supporting capability uplift across the organisation.
