Ready to shape the future of change at Allianz Specialty? We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Transformation Change leadership Team and play a key role in delivering high‑impact transformation across our Specialty business, working at the heart of strategy, technology and change. You’ll lead multiple interlinked initiatives, bringing clarity, pace and structure to complex change. Working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, you’ll ensure delivery stays aligned to strategic priorities while creating an environment where teams can perform at their best. Part of this role may involve directly managing a team of change professionals to get the change delivery completed. If you enjoy navigating complexity, influencing at senior levels, and seeing transformation through from idea to impact, this role is for you.

About You

You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and leading teams through change, while keeping delivery on track and outcomes front of mind.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent transformation initiatives
  • Driving pace, alignment and clarity across complex programmes
  • Managing and developing high‑performing change teams
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Ensuring programmes deliver measurable business value aligned to strategy
  • Proactively managing risks, dependencies and challenges to keep delivery on track
  • Being part of a Change leadership team and direct line management

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience delivering large‑scale change or transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels and functions
  • Experience working in Agile and structured delivery environments
  • Background in General Insurance, with understanding of products and processes
  • Experience in Business Intelligence or Management Information projects
  • Confident leader who can motivate, coach and develop others

Desirable Skills

  • Responsible usage of AI
  • Understanding of End to End business process and value driven decisions
