We have a number of quality assurance roles available, requiring a critical thinker with expertise in handling either Motor Personal Injury, Commercial Property, Home, Casualty or Financial Lines claims. Capability across multiple claims disciplines/lines of business is preferred but not essential, as is prior experience performing quality assurance.
Location: This role can be based in either our Guildford, Milton Keynes, Chelmsford, Bournemouth, Birmingham or Bristol offices. This is a hybrid role.
Salary: Circa ÂŁ45,000, pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on Motor PI, Commercial Property/Casualty, and Financial Lines claims and Claims Suppliers.
- Design and perform claims and claim supplier themed reviews.
- Engage with key stakeholders throughout.
- Produce detailed analysis and actionable insights to continuously improve customer outcomes, financial outcomes and performance effectiveness.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in insurance claims and/or quality assurance.
- Comprehensive understanding of Motor Personal Injury, Home, Commercial Property, or Casualty, Disease and Financial Lines claim processes.
- Ability to conduct in-depth quality assurance reviews with little supervision.
- Well‑developed analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Experience in sourcing and managing audit sample lists.
- Capability to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
- Relevant industry qualifications and proven experience in insurance claims and/or quality assurance.
- Well‑developed organisational and time management abilities.
- Adaptability to work in both remote and office‑based environments.
- Ability to coach and mentor less experienced team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Skilled in liaising with business owners and relationship managers to drive improved outcomes for customers and enhance overall business performance.
