We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build, manage, and develop a network of introducers, brokers, and bank relationships to drive consistent delivery of new business revenue. You will represent our organisation with professionalism and integrity, ensuring the achievement of new business targets while fostering strong relationships across the market.

What You Will Do

  • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  • Achieve and exceed new business revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with brokers, introducers, and bank partners.
  • Manage and convert new business leads provided by Market Management, while generating your own leads through self‑prospecting and maintaining a local CRM database.
  • Provide constructive feedback on the quality and effectiveness of leads generated by Market Management.
  • Collaborate closely with other core functions to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Deliver accurate and timely management information and reports.
