As a experienced TRAVEL Business Developer at Allianz Partners, you will analyze and study market needs, identify opportunities, and build trust with clients and prospects. Your role will contribute to developing our product and service offerings within Travel, RSA, Mobility, Health, Home, and Energy Assistance.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Market Analysis: Study and document market needs to identify new opportunities.
- Prospecting: Convert leads into profitable partnerships.
- Negotiations: Conduct high-level negotiations and manage tenders from start to finish.
- Client Communication: Foster trust by ensuring seamless communication between clients and teams.
- Customer Service: Resolve complaints and enhance service quality.
- Product Promotion: Present products to internal and external contacts.
- Project Implementation: Drive technical, operational, and IT projects to meet organizational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare activity reports to track progress and forecast future plans.

PROFILE
- Sales profile: Proven hunter and farmer sales experience with an insurance background (ideal but not mandatory) and/or a strong focus on assistance products (Travel, RSA, Mobility, Health, Home, Energy).
- Experience with TRAVEL AGENCIES or equivalent will clearly make a difference.
- Experience: You have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar role or in key-account management, and you are familiar with insurance and/or insurance brokers/corporate.
- Interpersonal Skills: Sociable, communicative, and adept at building sustainable relationships and negotiating at all levels.
- Customer Focus: Consumer-centric with a pragmatic and organized approach.
- Solution-Oriented: Open-minded and driven to achieve results.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
