Votre mission au quotidien
Vous contribuez à aider l’entreprise à protéger ses actifs, sa compétitivité et sa réputation en identifiant les risques portés par ses activités et en formulant des recommandations pour y remédier.
Responsabilités clés
Au sein de l’équipe mission et sous la responsabilité d’un(e) directeur (/trice) de mission, vous effectuez plusieurs audits par an en jouant un rôle clé dans la préparation de la mission, dans le travail sur le terrain, dans la communication des résultats de l\’audit et dans la rédaction du rapport.
Dans le cadre de vos missions:
- Vous identifiez les risques générés par l’activité auditée, les lacunes dans l\’environnement de contrôle interne, ainsi que dans les processus opérationnels et de gouvernance et vous formulez des propositions de solutions;
- Vous vous assurez de la conformité avec les règlementations, politiques et procédures de l\’entreprise et du Groupe;
- Vous assurez le suivi de la mise en œuvre des recommandations.
- Vous interagissez avec le Groupe et avec les auditeurs des autres entités Allianz pour construire des approches d’audit sur différents domaines de l’entreprise et vous participez ponctuellement aux missions internationales.
Votre profil et vos compétences
– Vous avez développé un bon niveau d’expertise dans vos fonctions actuelles ;
– Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités d\’écoute, votre excellente aptitude à communiquer à l’oral ainsi qu’à l’écrit, et à argumenter de manière constructive ;
– Vous avez un raisonnement rigoureux et analytique, avec un esprit logique vous permettant d\’avoir une forte aisance synthétique ;
– Votre sens de l\’organisation, ainsi que votre pragmatisme seront également des atouts majeurs ;
– Vous faites également preuve de proactivité et d’initiative en pensant hors des sentiers battus ;
– La connaissance des produits d\’assurance et des mécanismes des contrats est un plus
– Votre maîtrise de l’anglais vous permet d’échanger avec aisance dans un cadre professionnel.
– Une compréhension de base de l\’intelligence artificielle (IA) et de ses applications potentielles dans votre métier est précieuse
