We're looking for a commercially-minded Product & Innovation expert to help shape the future of our Roadside Assistance business across Northern Europe.

This is a highly visible regional role at the intersection of strategy, product innovation and business growth.

Working within our global Product Management & Innovation team, you will identify new opportunities, influence product strategy, support market expansion and ensure our solutions remain relevant, competitive and customer-focused across a diverse portfolio of countries.

For someone who enjoys combining market insight, innovation, stakeholder management and strategic execution, this is an opportunity to make a tangible impact across one of Allianz Partners' key growth areas.

What You'll Be Doing

You will act as the regional expert for Roadside Assistance products and innovation across Northern Europe, bringing together market insight, customer understanding and commercial thinking to drive growth.

You will help identify where the market is heading, translate emerging opportunities into actionable product initiatives and support the successful development and launch of solutions that meet evolving customer and partner needs.

Alongside influencing product strategy, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, Networks, IT, Pricing and Underwriting teams to ensure our products deliver strong commercial outcomes, exceptional customer experiences and sustainable competitive advantage.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining robust product governance and ensuring products continue to deliver fair value and positive customer outcomes throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the regional Roadside Assistance strategy by analysing market trends, competitive activity, customer needs and emerging mobility developments across Northern Europe.
  • Identify growth opportunities, new customer propositions and innovation initiatives that strengthen Allianz Partners' market position and support long-term business objectives.
  • Represent regional market requirements within global product and innovation programmes, ensuring local customer and partner needs influence future product development.
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of products and services, coordinating cross-functional teams to bring new propositions successfully to market.
  • Build robust business cases for new products, capabilities and strategic initiatives, balancing customer value, commercial opportunity and operational feasibility.
  • Act as the trusted product expert for Sales teams, supporting strategic bids, tenders and client opportunities with compelling product positioning and market insight.
  • Drive adoption of new products and propositions through effective stakeholder engagement, communication and training.
  • Monitor product performance, customer outcomes and utilisation trends, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, increase value and strengthen competitiveness.
  • Coordinate Product Management & Innovation activities across the region, ensuring alignment between local markets and global teams while sharing insights, feedback and best practices.
  • Provide leadership on product governance and regulatory requirements across key markets, ensuring products remain compliant, deliver fair value and continue to meet customer and business expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations or Underwriting, ideally within insurance, assistance, mobility or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of insurance and assistance products, market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions to deliver business outcomes in complex environments.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Genuine interest in innovation, digital transformation and emerging mobility trends.
  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proven project leadership and delivery experience.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Customer-focused, commercially minded and results-oriented.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Dutch and/or French would be an advantage.
  • How We Hire

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery; someone who is curious about market developments, passionate about innovation and motivated by creating measurable business impact.

Success in this role will come from building strong relationships, influencing decisions, identifying opportunities others miss and helping Allianz Partners strengthen its leadership position in an evolving mobility market.
