We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Intern to support the CEO Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive‑level initiatives, cross‑functional projects, and strategic priorities across the organisation. The intern will play a key role in supporting the coordination, governance, and delivery of projects sponsored by the CEO Office, while developing core project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Manager and Head of Governance in coordinating projects and initiatives led by the CEO Office
  • Assist with project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Track actions and decisions across executive‑level projects
  • Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Support governance processes, including maintaining project documentation and logs
  • Liaise with teams across the organisation to gather updates and support delivery of actions
  • Assist with ad‑hoc analysis, research, and special initiatives as required by the CEO Office
  • AI readiness – Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
