We are looking for a motivated and detail‐oriented Intern to support the CEO Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive‐level initiatives, cross‐functional projects, and strategic priorities across the organisation.

The intern will play a key role in supporting the coordination, governance, and delivery of projects sponsored by the CEO Office, while developing core project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Manager and Head of Governance in coordinating projects and initiatives led by the CEO Office.
  • Assist with project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Track actions and decisions across executive‐level projects.
  • Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support governance processes, including maintaining project documentation and logs.
  • Liaise with teams across the organisation to gather updates and support delivery of actions.
  • Assist with ad‐hoc analysis, research, and special initiatives as required by the CEO Office.
  • AI readiness – Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud‐based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
