An exciting opportunity to join the London Office Commercial Motor Fleet team as a Senior Motor Underwriter. You will play an active role in driving forward the Branch Motor accounts growth and profitability. You will be expected to handle New Business and Renewals, as well as supporting other members of the Allianz London fleet team. Maintaining underwriting integrity, account analysis and training activities.
You will have proven underwriting experience of pro-actively managing, maintaining and growing current relationships. You will also create new contacts by promoting a positive impression of Allianz whilst actively listening to your customer needs and providing great customer service that prompts positive feedback. You will pro-actively review your panel performance MI to ensure consistent delivery of KPI’s and be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of your own panel performance drivers as well as being quick to identify solutions to address issues or exploit opportunities. In addition you will fully support and adopt change within the team and be able to mobilise others into embracing and adopting change.

Skills & Experience:
- Up to date knowledge of the London Motor Market and broker network is essential
- Strong relationship base within the London Commercial market is desirable
- Strong Motor Underwriting Experience
- Proven ability to coach, train and act as a referral point within the Team
- Ability to manage and own Broker relationships and Large Case Management
- Good stakeholder management ability
- Adaptable communication styles – verbal/written/face to face
- Excellent Trading and negotiation skills
- ACII Qualified or progressing towards
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and Salesforce
