Change Management Analyst – 12 month FTC
Role Description
In line with our Global strategy and purpose, we have an opportunity for a Change Management Analyst to join the UK Transformation Programme, the largest business transformation programme at Allianz, it\’s purpose to harmonize, simplify and scale Allianz assets across the entire Group to the benefit of OEs, employees and, ultimately, customers. This is a massive undertaking in every respect that puts Allianz at the forefront of industry innovation.
As Change Management Analyst you will play a vital role in ensuring that the implementation of the UK Commercial Transformation Programme is successfully managed from a business perspective.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £45,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
Key Accountabilities
- Creating a robust framework for implementing transformational changes that move the organisation towards the desired end-state
- Focusing on all aspects of the changes, including organisation, people, process and platform
- Bringing the changes to life for all stakeholders and preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt the changes.
- Identifying training and communications needs
- Using the implementation framework to assess progress and support the realisation of business benefits
- Managing changes to agreed timelines and budget
Skills & Experience
Experience in a business change environment in progressively larger and more complex/high impact change programmes, with knowledge in:
- change management
- business transformation
- strategy development and implementation
An understanding of change management methodologies including:
- change impact assessment
- cultural and behavioural change
- Excellent relationship building / influencing skills with stakeholders at a senior level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
