The predicted salary is between 65000 - 80000 £ per year.

Our RFP function comprises RFP teams based in Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, London and Hong Kong, a Consultant Database Management team and a RFP Content Management team. The RFP team is responsible for answering these requests to a high standard in several languages and ensures that proposals are tailored to the needs of prospective clients. The RFP Manager will join our London team, with a focus on Private Markets.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the coordination and completion of RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs from institutional investors, distributors, and investment consultants, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality responses.
  • Review and refine drafts (own responses and those of teammates), ensuring alignment with client requirements, accuracy of product information, and consistent messaging that positions AllianzGI effectively.
  • Work closely with Product Specialists and subject‑matter experts to maintain, update, and elevate the quality of core content, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and aligned with current market themes and product positioning.
  • Develop and optimize templates within Responsive for RFPs and DDQs, driving efficiency and consistency across global usage.
  • Participate in initiatives to advance GenAI‑enabled RFP production, content governance, and workflow automation, collaborating with global team to enhance productivity and improve the overall working environment.
  • Serve as a key point of expertise across the organization, advising client‑facing teams on RFP best practices and content strategy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, supporting global alignment across RFP standards, content quality, and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous maintenance of relevant strategy‑related content in Responsive.

What You Bring

  • Experience in the investment management industry writing RFPs across multiple distribution channels essential.
  • Excellent product knowledge and experience in writing RFP across private markets products.
  • Experience in traditional asset classes a bonus, and the application of sustainability in investments.
  • Solid understanding of global institutional and retail asset management markets, client types, and consultant requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder submissions under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to interact effectively across multiple cultures and seniority levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and hands‑on experience using RFP software, ideally Responsive.
  • University degree in business administration, economics, finance or equivalent.
  • Mother tongue English; a good standard of German and/or French an advantage.
  • Excellent written English skills, including strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
  • AI Skills such as: Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI / GenAI / Generative Artificial Intelligence.
