Claims Data Culture Lead in Surrey

Role Description We're looking for a passionate and influential leader to help shape the future of data, AI and technology adoption across Claims. In this newly created role, you'll define and deliver the strategy that builds confidence, capability and engagement with data, helping colleagues embrace new ways of working and unlocking lasting business value. This is a unique opportunity to establish and evolve a high-profile role, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across Claims to create a culture where data-driven thinking, innovation and continuous improvement become part of everyday practice. Location: This role is based in one of our offices in London, Guilford or Milton Keynes. Please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation to attend the office 2-3 days per week. Salary Information Pay: Circa £55.000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
