Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and governing the global audit programme, confirming contractual audit rights, defining triggers and audit types, agreeing scope and logistics, and maintaining the global audit calendar.
- Preparing data and selecting cases by extracting and validating claims data, preselecting cases against documented rule sets, and building defensible samples.
- Running audits and evidencing findings by cross-checking claims against repair evidence and recording every finding with evidence and quantified impact.
- Delivering training and quality audits, running process-adherence reviews, agreeing remediation plans, and auditing quality across the network.
- Reporting, recovering, and standardising globally, holding out-processing with leadership, releasing formal reports, and supporting recovery efforts.
- Working effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools.
What you bring:
- A degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Audit, or an equivalent automotive technical qualification; audit or quality certifications are an advantage.
- Solid experience in automotive warranty, aftersales, technical claims or audit, with strong knowledge of the warranty claim lifecycle.
- Experience coaching external partners on process adherence, advanced Excel skills, and exposure to warranty/dealer management systems.
- Fluent English and experience across countries in a matrix organisation; right to work in the UK and willingness to travel internationally.
- Good understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilise AI tools in everyday tasks.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Audit completion versus plan; findings and hit rate per audited file; amounts agreed and recovered.
- Dealer risk score, recurrence rate and post-training improvement; number of BUs running the standard playbook.
