About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Platform Leader to lead the end-to-end delivery and performance of a large-scale Roadside Assistance (RSA) operations platform for our global clients. The candidate will be based in the UK and Ireland and will serve as the central leader for managing and expanding RSA operations across all UK and Ireland Business Partners.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role that requires strong platform management experience, deep understanding of operations, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to build and scale high-performing teams in the UK.
