Key responsibilities/What you do:
- The Regional Head, Sales Excellence drives consistent methodology across countries.
- Embed standardized KPIs, dashboards, analytical frameworks, and performance routines.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; advise regional and country leadership.
- Drive planning and target setting in partnership with Finance and Sales.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's preferred.
- 15+ years in Sales Excellence/Steering, Sales/Revenue Operations, or Commercial Strategy.
- 10+ years leading large, multi-country teams.
- Deep experience operationalizing global strategies in multinational, matrixed organizations.
- Strong background with Salesforce governance and tool adoption at scale.
- Experience across B2B2C, direct, and broker sales models.
- Insurance/assistance sector experience highly advantageous.
- Up to ~30-40% travel required across the region.
