We are looking for a Portfolio Solutions Specialist to join our team. This will be a hybrid role based in O'Fallon, MO, Chicago, IL, Alpharetta, GA or New York, NY.
Your Team
Join our dynamic Portfolio Solutions team in North America, where we manage and oversee complex delegated authority portfolios across multiple lines of business. Our team partners closely with underwriting, operations, finance, legal, compliance, and reinsurance stakeholders to support the onboarding, governance, monitoring, and profitability oversight of sophisticated MGA programs. We are focused on building scalable operational frameworks, delivering executive-level portfolio insights, and supporting the continued growth of complex delegated authority business across North America.
The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to the Regional Head of Portfolio Solutions and Delegated Authority in North America, this role will play a critical role in supporting highly complex, multi-line delegated authority programs. This position is responsible for supporting onboarding activities, monitoring portfolio performance, managing operational timelines and governance requirements, and assisting with executive-level reporting and profitability oversight. The ideal candidate brings strong project management capability, delegated authority experience, operational discipline, and an understanding of underwriting operations, portfolio monitoring, and risk mitigation concepts.
