Allianz has a great opportunity for a Motor Fleet Underwriter to join our team in Maidstone. You will play a pivotal role within our Motor Fleet Underwriting team, driving profitable growth while building strong broker relationships and shaping our portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your underwriting expertise in a collaborative, high-performing environment. You'll take part in our Fleet Authority Accreditation programme, sharpening your skills in underwriting, risk engineering, pricing, and claims management. You'll also connect with experts across the Allianz Group to exchange best practices and broaden your global perspective. Location: This role is be based in our Maidstone office, please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation that you will attend the office 3 days per week. Salary Information Pay: Circa £44,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package. About You As our Motor Fleet Underwriter, you'll: Take ownership of your allocated renewals if you have strong Underwriting or broking experience, we'd love to hear from you.
