Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry and transaction processing
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
- Help prepare financial reports and reconciliations
- Maintain and update accounting records in compliance with company policies
- Assist with invoice processing and payment verification
- Support the team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects
- Provide ad hoc support as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office applications and AI
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with AI tools is preferred
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Available for a 3-month internship period (June - August)
