Internship Period: 6-12 months
The HR Intern will support the Hong Kong HR team in daily operations, HR projects, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions within a multinational and culturally diverse organization, offering a valuable learning experience for students seeking a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, update, and maintain HR documentation and content to support audit preparedness and compliance
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR operations (talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, learning and development) and projects
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement and well-being programmes
- Coordinate HR initiatives and support regional or group-level projects when required
- Support ad hoc operational HR tasks as assigned by the HR team
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders
- Demonstrates a sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and process improvement
