Le Téléconseiller Assistance (F/H) est capable d'identifier le client et son problème (accident, maladie, décès, santé, garantie accident de la vie...), de le prendre en charge, de le guider vers une solution appropriée ou de démarcher à sa place pour lui apporter cette solution, tout en gérant les tâches administratives (dossiers d'assurance, contrats...). Jamais pris au dépourvu dans les situations d'urgence, chaque appel d'un client est un nouveau défi.

Gestion des demandes d'informations et des réclamations de la clientèle :

  • Assistance technique, médicale, santé et garantie accident de la vie (GAV) en H24 et 7j/7 - 35 heures / semaine
  • Prend en charge et oriente les appels
  • Réalise la prise de rendez-vous
  • Procède à l'enregistrement des appels
  • Missionne les prestataires de services selon les besoins du dossier à traiter
  • Gère le standard et intervient en renfort des autres activités du centre d'appels

NIVEAU REQUIS Bac à Bac+2 (tous les domaines)

EXPERIENCE (souhaitée) Sur un poste similaire ou dans le domaine de la téléphonie

SAVOIR-FAIRE

  • Bonne maîtrise de l'outil informatique
  • Linguistique : Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais (hors périmètre santé et GAV)
  • Travailler efficacement dans un environnement façonné par l'intelligence artificielle (IA), l'apprentissage automatique, l'analyse des données et les outils cloud, en utilisant les insights de manière responsable selon nos normes de gouvernance des données, de sécurité et d'utilisation éthique.
