What you do

  • Business Management & Governance
    • Coordinate governance processes for investment-related initiatives, new business opportunities and operational changes
    • Track actions arising from committees, steering groups and working groups
    • Prepare management reports, presentations, status updates and executive summaries
    • Maintain governance documentation, policies, procedures and decision logs
    • Support audit, risk and regulatory reviews where required
  • Project & Change Management
    • Support strategic and operational projects across the APAC investment platform
    • Maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID logs and stakeholder updates
    • Coordinate meetings, workshops and working groups across multiple jurisdictions
    • Assist with business requirements gathering, process mapping and operating model documentation
    • Track delivery milestones and escalate risks or delays appropriately
  • Investment Platform & Operational Support
    • Coordinate fund launch activities, account openings, model setup and investment onboarding activities
    • Support operational readiness assessments for new products, mandates and investment capabilities
    • Facilitate interactions between portfolio managers and support functions to resolve operational issues
    • Assist with implementation of investment platform enhancements and process improvements
  • Counterparty & Vendor Management Support
    • Coordinate counterparty onboarding and approval requests
    • Gather supporting information from Risk, Compliance, Legal and Trading teams
    • Prepare and track approval documentation and governance submissions
    • Maintain records relating to counterparties, brokers and service providers
    • Support gathering of information required for the oversight of vendors and responding to internal teams
  • Front Office Administration
    • Support user access management processes for investment systems and market data platforms
    • Coordinate approvals and documentation for access requests
    • Maintain inventory and records of key front-office applications and permissions
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Produce management information and operational dashboards
    • Perform data analysis using Excel and related reporting tools
    • Maintain tracking databases and workflow management tools
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

What you bring

  • Essential: 5+ years' experience within asset management, investment operations, business management, project management or investment governance
  • Strong understanding of front-office investment processes and asset management operating models
  • Experience working with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, operations and risk teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Preferred: Experience supporting investment platform transformation or operating model initiatives; fund launches, account onboarding or product governance; project management methodologies; Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint or similar workflow tools; equity, fixed income, derivatives and multi-asset investment products; and APAC regulatory and operational environments

Key competencies include strong project coordination and organizational skills, excellent stakeholder management, high attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving capability, comfort operating in a fast-paced environment, ability to simplify complex operational issues into concise management updates and a process improvement and automation mindset.
