As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a significant role within the wider Product team, working across Product, Sales, and Marketing to balance hands‐on enablement execution with opportunities to influence strategic positioning and go‐to‐market planning.

Location: London, UK

Why You'll Love This Role

  • You’ll be both hands‐on and strategic — shaping LiveU's market story while building the sales tools that directly drive impact.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to influence positioning and GTM strategy, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
  • You’ll be the storyteller who translates technical capabilities — across SaaS, hardware, and services — into narratives that resonate with broadcasters, sports leagues, government agencies, and digital‐first media.
  • You’ll see your work in action — from high‐visibility launches to critical sales cycles — with a direct line of sight to revenue impact.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development of value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to key verticals and buyer personas.
  • Translate technical product features into compelling, customer‐centric narratives.
  • Create competitive insights and battlecards to differentiate LiveU in the market.
  • Develop enablement tools, such as demo platforms and stories to illustrate product value, discovery questions and objection‐handling guides to support sales teams.
  • Build and maintain playbooks, decks, one‐pagers, FAQs, and ROI calculators.
  • Deliver enablement training for sales and partners, ensuring readiness. Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement content.

Go-to-Market (GTM) & Launches

  • Partner with Product Management and other stakeholders on product and feature launches.
  • Prepare GTM assets, including launch decks, messaging briefs, and customer‐facing materials.
  • Act as an internal and external evangelist, representing LiveU in webinars, tradeshows and events, and partner sessions.

Customer Stories & Insights

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create case studies, testimonials, and solution briefs.
  • Gather market and customer insights to refine positioning and GTM approaches.
  • You will engage with customers directly, discuss our solutions and demonstrate them in customer meetings and tradeshows.
  • Use AI‐powered research tools to accelerate insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Measure the impact of enablement programs and share insights with Sales leadership.
  • Optimize content and training based on usage data and field feedback.
  • Leverage AI‐driven analytics to improve enablement programs and scale impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or related roles in B2B SaaS or broadcast/media‐tech.
  • A strategic storyteller with strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Proven experience creating sales collateral, enablement programs, and GTM content.
  • Cross‐functional collaborator who thrives working with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Deep customer empathy, with the ability to understand buyer challenges and craft narratives that connect technology to business outcomes.
  • Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value for both technical and non‐technical audiences.
