What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy for youth under 21
- Implement individualized behavior treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect data and complete session notes
- Coach and support parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with schools, social services, physicians, and other professionals
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children (special needs experience preferred)
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days (we provide training!)
- Reliable transportation, internet access, and strong computer skills
- Ability to pass background checks and meet driving requirements
