Supplying Temporary Contract Decorators Nationwide. Here at Alliance, we are a specialist agency, concentrating our efforts on supplying temporary contract Decorators to contractors throughout the UK. We’ve been steadily growing since 2002 and currently have a fantastic team of 5 staff, and are looking to add a further consultant to our team.

Main duties to include:

  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing clients.
  • Business Development of existing and new business clients.
  • Moving the pool of Decorators between clients on a weekly basis.
  • Taking detailed information from the client for each project.
  • Post suitable job adverts on social media and online recruitment job boards.
  • Negotiating charge rates with clients and pay rates with decorators.
  • Obtaining client feedback on the Decorators we send to site.
  • Deal with any site issues in a professional manner when they arise.
  • Reference checking and confirming the background/suitability of all Decorators before we send them to site.
  • Building confidence with our clients to obtain repeat business.
  • Having constant communication, usually telephone based, with both clients and Decorators.
  • Be able to contact lapsed clients with the view of re-introducing our service.
  • Face to face client visits when appropriate to cement our relationship with them.

Attributes Required:

  • You must be a team player.
  • Have exceptional customer service and B2B sales/business development skills.
  • Ideally be from a fast paced, temporary recruitment background, or similar environment.
  • Ability to follow company processes.
  • Enjoy being on the phone.
  • Be IT literate, to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Possess a pro-active, can do, energetic attitude.
  • Enjoy and be able to work towards team orientated targets.
  • Good geographical knowledge would be an advantage.

Although we do get out to see our clients, the vast majority of our work is office and telephone based, therefore you must be able to thrive in this type of environment.
