Alliance Workforce supplies temporary decorators to clients across the UK.
We're growing our team and looking for a Delivery Consultant to join us, someone who loves being the person who makes things happen: finding great decorators, matching them to the right jobs, and keeping clients and candidates happy along the way.
This isn't a cold-calling sales role.
It's a fast-paced, people-focused position where you'll build real relationships with a bank of decorators and keep our clients confident that when they need labour, we deliver.
- What you'll be doing
- Advertising for decorators and handling the response, checking references, and getting great candidates onto our books
- Getting to know clients' site needs and matching the right decorator to the right job
- Confirming job placements with clients, giving them confidence in who's turning up and when
- Keeping in regular touch with our decorators, including in quieter periods, so they know we're always here for them
- Generating leads for our sales team along the way
- Working closely with a small, supportive team who'll have your back
What we're looking for
- A go-getter with energy who enjoys being part of a small team
- Someone organised, process-driven, and comfortable managing a high volume of relationships
- Confident on the phone, whether that's with a tradesperson or a site manager
- Previous experience in fast-paced, temporary/high-volume recruitment is a bonus, but not essential, if you've worked in a similar fast-moving, people-focused role, we want to hear from you
- Good general knowledge of UK towns and regions is a plus
- What you'll get
- £30,000 basic salary plus bonus
- A close-knit team environment
- Free Parking
