Alliance Search is recruiting for a Senior Site Manager for a leading residential developer renowned for delivering bespoke new-build residential projects, regenerations, traditional builds, and refurbishment schemes. This exciting opportunity involves managing a major project consisting of 349 units over a three-year duration. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with expertise in RC Frame and traditional build construction.
What we require from you:
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First Aid certification
- Asbestos Awareness
- Strong Internals and Externals experience
- Full Driving License
- A minimum of five years’ experience managing decent home projects
- Up-to-date, relevant knowledge of building and health & safety legislation
