Project Types: New builds & refurbishments (commercial, education, industrial, healthcare) £5M – £15M

The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager looking for a permanent role with a well-respected Regional Main Contractor? We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Manager to oversee an exciting pipeline of projects across Cambridge and Norfolk.

The Role:

1. Oversee construction sites throughout Cambridge & Norfolk, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Manage subcontractors and site teams, maintaining safety and quality standards.
3. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, H&S protocols, and building regulations.
4. Coordinate with Project Managers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
5. Work on a variety of projects, including new builds and refurbishments (£5M – £15M).

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager working for a Main Contractor, on similar projects / values.
2. SMSTS, First Aid Certification + CSCS Card advantageous.
3. Knowledge of contractor-led project delivery.
4. Ability to commute within Cambridge / Norfolk (1-hour max from sites).
