Our long established logistics client based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire has an urgent requirement for Van Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Hours: Monday to Friday each week. Start times range from 0600 am to 0800 am.
- Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Responsibilities
- Van driving work making deliveries and collections of smaller RORO skips.
- Collecting recycling products, mainly cardboard, and handballing these from the client’s customers into the cage or skip on the back of your van.
- Performing all tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to the client’s specific internal requirements.
Licence & Requirements
- Licence: Cat B van licence (UK)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctuality
- Smart appearance – no jeans etc., as you will represent the company
- Keep vehicle clean and in good condition
- Good communication skills – you should be contactable throughout the shift
Salary
- Weekdays per hour: £14.00 ph (PAYE) or £16.00 ph (including holiday pay via umbrella PAYE). Both PAYE and umbrella options are available.
