- Handle customer requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide administrative and diary management support to the Meetings & Events Manager.
- Welcome and guide scheduled visitors.
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate hospitality events.
- Conduct market research and support promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
