About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site operations across infrastructure or industrial project sites
  • Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project timelines
  • Manage labor, materials, and equipment on-site
  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain site documentation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman in at least one of the following environments:
  • Airports
  • Seaports
  • Highways
  • Industrial Projects
  • Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English
  • Physically fit and able to provide a valid medical certificate of good health
  • Clean criminal record (no convictions in the past 5 years)
  • Must hold a valid driving license (international licenses accepted)
