Responsibilities
- Coordinate material distribution for all shifts within the Molding Department
- Utilize the production schedule to plan and stage material for all shifts within the Molding Department
- Interact with Warehouse to coordinate material movements and maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain lot control of raw materials on the production floor
- Strong understanding and ability to troubleshoot material handling equipment such as dryers, loaders, and concentrate feeders
- Perform material audits on production floor
- Proficient on forklift and promote safety
- Interact with material handlers, set-up technicians, process technicians and scheduling to meet production demands
- Must be able to work outside normal working hours, overtime or alternate shifts to accommodate production needs when required.
