We’re looking for a Regulatory Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in delivering global lead compliance projects that ensure our business continues to operate to the highest regulatory standards. You’ll be the engine behind cross-functional alignment, best-practice project governance, and continuous improvement across our scientific operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Global Compliance Projects
- Drive cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver global lead compliance initiatives.
- Ensure all regulatory projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Enable Regulatory Excellence
- Provide regulatory support for technical projects, ensuring alignment with internal processes and external standards throughout the lifecycle.
- Own Project Management Frameworks
- Develop, update, and manage project tools, templates, and SOPs—and support teams in their effective use.
- Deliver High-Quality Project Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, costs, and requirements.
- Identify critical steps, risks, and optimal strategies to maximise efficiency.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Lead project and sub-team meetings, ensuring progress stays on track.
- Monitor project cost, quality, risks, and escalate when required.
- Manage project close-outs with clear documentation and governance.
- Champion Continuous Improvement
- Facilitate and manage Lessons Learned processes across Scientific Affairs.
- Analyse findings, validate insights, and embed improvements into templates, SOPs, and operational processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing regulatory, scientific, or technical projects.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory compliance and documentation.
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, risk management and project governance.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining project tools, SOPs and templates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communicator and facilitator with experience leading cross-functional global teams.
- Competent in tracking and reporting project progress, risks, and issues.
- Experienced in MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet and similar tools.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
- Detail-driven, collaborative, and able to work independently to deliver results.
