Are you passionate about quality, systems, and making technology truly work for the business? We’re looking for a D365 Test and Business Analyst to play a critical role in delivering robust, high-quality solutions across our technology landscape with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

What you’ll be doing:
- Plan, design and execute detailed test scenarios, scripts and plans
- Lead manual and automated testing across applications, integrations and enhancements
- Identify, log and track defects through to resolution
- Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage D365 sandbox environments and coordinate upgrades & refreshes
- Ensure compliance with GxP quality standards and audit requirements
- Support release readiness, highlight risks and protect system stability
- Create documentation, system guides and deliver user training
- Collaborate across IT, external QA partners and business stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement across testing, tooling and automation
You’ll work at the heart of the Business Technology and Systems IT delivery ensuring change is controlled, compliant and business ready.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar
- ISTQB Foundation (desirable)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (or similar ERP)
- Experience testing across Supply Chain and Finance (finance exposure advantageous)
- Strong understanding of test cycles and defect management
- Ability to connect systems to end-to-end business processes
- Knowledge of ITIL-aligned change & release processes
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-focused and naturally curious
