If so, this could be your next move. We’re looking for a Total Rewards Business Partner to join our team and help shape a fantastic employee experience. Sitting at the heart of our HR function, you’ll be the operational engine ensuring our pay processes, systems, and data run seamlessly while empowering leaders with clarity and insight. We are looking to recruit on a permanent basis and will consider someone 4 or 5 days a week.
What you’ll be doing:
- People Operations & Service Delivery: Lead end-to-end HR service delivery with consistency, quality, and a brilliant employee experience. Drive operational improvements, fix process gaps, and embed scalable ways of working. Lead the annual pay review & bonus cycle, ensuring data accuracy and strong governance. Oversee payroll inputs and vendor management, ensuring accurate, timely delivery. Ensure compliance with employment law, audit standards, and internal policies.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll (Total Rewards): Own reward communications to help employees and managers truly understand their benefits. Support compensation & benefits governance, benchmarking, annual reviews, and vendor relationships. Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure seamless payroll operations. Make the total reward offering come alive within the business so everyone knows how to get the most from our benefits package.
- HR Data & Reporting: Own our HRIS and ensure clean, accurate, compliant people data. Develop dashboards & reporting that transform data into actionable insight. Deliver KPIs (turnover, absence, headcount, recruitment metrics) with clarity and impact. Analyse trends and proactively highlight risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement: Lead or support key People projects including HR tech improvements, engagement cycles, career frameworks, and reward initiatives. Champion simplification, automation, and operational excellence across the HR team. Align operational processes with broader HR and business strategy.
