    • Contribute to technical accounting projects and strengthening financial controls
    • Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and manage audit deliverables
    • Lead and coordinate statutory audits across overseas entities including Ireland, Germany, Thailand, Philippines and Hong Kong
  • Leadership, Projects & Business Partnering (approx. 30%)
    • Line manage and develop 1–2 direct reports, including objective setting, coaching and review
    • Partner with Supply Chain, Tax and wider business teams on invoicing, regulatory submissions and VAT / Corporation Tax support
    • Deliver P&L and performance analysis using Prophix
    • Support integration of acquisitions and divestments into Group finance systems and processes

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 2–3 years PQE (industry or practice)
  • Strong technical grounding across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Experience producing work to audit‑ready standards with strong financial controls mindset
  • Confident Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation and presentation)
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international, multi‑entity environment
  • Natural collaborator with the confidence to engage stakeholders across the business

Why join Alliance?

  • International scope and audit leadership opportunities
  • Genuine people management and development responsibility
