Alliance is seeking a Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement Manager to strengthen clinical endorsement and drive HCP recommendation for several of our key brands – Kelo‑Cote, MacuShield, Hydromol and Forceval.
National UK role (2 days per week in Chippenham, Wiltshire). Part of EMEA Commercial & Marketing Team. As the link between our marketing teams and the UK healthcare system, our HCP Engagement Manager will ensure our brands are credibly represented and clinically informed across GP, pharmacy, nursing and specialist audiences. This national, field‑based role involves regular travel to medical meetings, conferences and professional events, bringing real‑world clinical insight directly into our commercial strategy to enhance brand trust and influence.

What you’ll be doing
- HCP Engagement & Field Activation
- Represent Alliance brands at national, regional, and local medical meetings and exhibitions.
- Build strong, credible relationships with GPs, pharmacists, nurses and specialist clinicians.
- Deliver consistent, accurate brand messaging grounded in clinical evidence.
- Act as the key point of contact for HCP enquiries and post‑event follow‑up.
- Partner with brand and marketing teams to shape and execute HCP strategies.
- Provide valuable field‑based insight to guide campaign development, messaging and clinical content.
- Identify new opportunities for HCP engagement, including partnerships and digital channels.
- Support rollout of new HCP resources, education tools and communication initiatives.
- Use your NHS understanding to map key decision makers, pathways and professional bodies.
- Monitor competitor presence in the HCP space and share actionable insights.
- Ensure all activities align with NHS priorities, clinical guidance and system structures.
- Work cross‑functionally with Medical, Commercial and Compliance teams for safe and effective execution.
- Contribute to brand planning and forecasting with informed recommendations.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who brings both credibility with HCPs and commercial acumen.
- Experience selling into the NHS and deep knowledge of NHS structures and decision-making.
- Background in healthcare sales, marketing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or consumer healthcare.
- Confidence representing brands at medical conferences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse HCP groups.
- Understanding of compliance requirements for HCP interactions.
- Experience delivering events, field activations and stakeholder engagement at scale.
- Knowledge of OTC, self‑care or pharmacy‑led categories is a bonus.
