Alliance is seeking a Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement Manager to strengthen clinical endorsement and drive HCP recommendation for several of our key brands – Kelo‑Cote, MacuShield, Hydromol and Forceval.

This national UK role (2 days per week in Chippenham, Wiltshire) is part of the EMEA Commercial & Marketing Team. As the link between our marketing teams and the UK healthcare system, our HCP Engagement Manager will ensure our brands are credibly represented and clinically informed across GP, pharmacy, nursing and specialist audiences.

This field-based role involves regular travel to medical meetings, conferences and professional events, bringing real-world clinical insight directly into our commercial strategy to enhance brand trust and influence. If you excel at building relationships with HCPs and thrive where field engagement, clinical insight and strategic marketing meet, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient and consumer outcomes.

  • HCP Engagement & Field Activation: Represent Alliance brands at national, regional, and local medical meetings and exhibitions. Deliver consistent, accurate brand messaging grounded in clinical evidence.
  • Strategic Marketing Support: Partner with brand and marketing teams to shape and execute HCP strategies. Provide valuable field-based insight to guide campaign development, messaging and clinical content. Identify new opportunities for HCP engagement, including partnerships and digital channels.
  • NHS & Commercial Insight: Work cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial and Compliance teams for safe and effective execution. Track and report HCP engagement performance, providing data-driven insight. Contribute to brand planning and forecasting with informed recommendations.

We are looking for someone who brings both credibility with HCPs and commercial acumen, with experience selling into the NHS and deep knowledge of NHS structures and decision-making. A background in healthcare sales, marketing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or consumer healthcare is essential. Confidence representing brands at medical conferences and experience delivering events, field activations and stakeholder engagement at scale is required. Knowledge of OTC, self-care or pharmacy-led categories is a bonus.
